Educational Vision and Heartwork Framework

Ustadh Mohammed Isaaq is an educator whose work explores the relationship between self knowledge, temperament, character and spiritual development.

His Heartwork teaching examines the cultivation of the human heart through an understanding of temperament and character, drawing upon an intellectual and spiritual tradition concerned with the development of the whole person. His broader Knowing Yourself work provides an accessible framework through which individuals can better understand their natural dispositions and how those dispositions influence relationships, wellbeing, character and spiritual development.

Heartwork’s global institutional development seeks to honor the depth of this educational vision while creating pathways through which its principles can contribute to education, research, community service and peacebuilding across societies.

At the heart of this vision is a movement from knowing oneself toward becoming capable of serving others well.

Honoring the Source as the Work Grows

The expansion of Heartwork is envisioned as an act of stewardship. As the framework develops into curricula, certifications, research programs, technological infrastructure and international applications, its originating educational philosophy should remain visible, respected and appropriately represented.

Institutional scale should deepen the work. Research can test its applications. Technology can expand its reach. Certification can translate principles into demonstrated competencies. Universities can develop scholarship around it. Governments and communities can deploy appropriate applications.
